You could call this a ‘bootcamp’, but it isn’t. It is a great way to build strength, stamina, speed and an awesome physique.

Every week, as part of my training, I head outside to do a cardio/fat loss/conditioning/functional strength/metabolic/ call it whatever you’d like session.

Join me. It’s an opportunity to get outside, get your heart rate and metabolism through the roof, burn a whole lot of fat, ask questions, and get advice on anything fitness and nutrition related (whilst I’m able to breathe and not looking like I’m about to pass out).

All are welcome, but it will be TOUGH. I’ll direct the session and make modifications for different fitness levels, but as I’ll be taking part myself, there won’t be ‘coaching’ as such.

It takes place every Saturday at 09:30 in varying places around South Oxfordshire. If you’d like to join, send me a message and I’ll keep you up to date with where it’s happening.
