Training in the right environment and with the right people to motivate you (or compete with) can make a big difference to your progress. It’s also a fun (and more economical) way to train.
I’ll create a program for up to four people – family, friends, more than friends, team mates, work colleagues – to help you lose fat, build muscle to look better naked, get in shape for your wedding, get ready to run a triathlon together or just live all-round healthier lives.
It’s like each having your own personal trainer. But, in addition to the support and motivation from me, you’ll also get it from each other (in theory).
