Also, that I’m a qualified level 3 personal trainer and registered with the national membership organisation that recognises and regulates fitness professionals.
ACSM CPT - I can help you change your behaviours and make fitness a lifestyle habit. That’s where your results will come from. In addition to my UK qualification, I hold an internationally recognised certification from the American College of Sports Medicine that delves deeper into training and nutritional theory, and importantly, the psychology behind behavioural change.
